eating right is actually ten million times easier with an 8-5 job. eat a healthy breakfast, pack your lunch the night before, and cook dinner right when you get home. hit the gym after dinner (if you didn’t before work) and then have a post workout meal and then it’s almost bed time. easy. but drinking enough water is hard. im gonna have to start waking up earlier and drinking half a gallon before work so that I end up with a gallon by the time I’m outta work and can get another half gallon in an the gym and some more before bed.
